  3. Payment and Refund Policy
    You will have to pay 25% initially, the remaining 75% can be paid in 25% installments every month.

We accept payments via [Remitly, bank, Master card, visa card, western union, PayPal, Wise, etc.].

Once the service has started, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed service.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the content we create aligns with YouTube’s guidelines and policies.

  1. Content Ownership
    The final delivered content belongs to the client after full payment is received.

yt-media.pro reserves the right to showcase non-identifiable portions of work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

  1. Prohibited Use
    You agree not to use our services:

For illegal or unauthorized purposes.

To violate any laws or third-party rights.

To produce content promoting hate, violence, or misinformation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
